I have received several offers from bloggers and writers [like me :p] to guest post in my blogs. At first I was confused whether to accept the offer since there are more pros than cons of having guest post, but in the end I decided not to accept it.
Until now, I am receiving offers however, I am firm on my decision though sometimes I am tempted to break it. One good thing of having guest writers is that you don't need to write always, so you'll have spare time to spend in other things. Aside from that, guest writers can provide new topics and writing styles that can attract new readers.Nevertheless, I still opt to have my blogs on my own. My blogs are my personal instruments on sharing my experiences and opinions. Although I can say that I am not really a talented writer, I know that I have my own writing style (which I do not know really hehehe...). I can also say that I do not have lots of loyal readers, but I want to establish to my few ones that it is me, my thoughts, my feelings, and my experiences that they are reading; that when they read my posts, my dear readers will be able to relate to me as these are real-life experiences. Well, this is just me.

I agree with what you feel. You blog is where you can express your thought and feelings and it represents you.
I understand your point of view. Since this is a kind of personal blog, so you have got every reason to not to accept guest posts.
But for bloggers like me, who blog in the blogging and social media niche, getting guest posts is like a relief, and we look for guest bloggers.
